Payment
I currently accept payment vial PayPal. If paying by e-check through PayPal, I will hold the item until the payment has cleared (up to 10 days).
Shipping
Made to Order items will ship 7-10 days after they are ordered.
Co-Designed items will be ship 7-10 days after color approval (see Co-Designed page for details).
All items will be packaged ready for giving as a gift to someone else...or yourself!
I will ship all US packages via insured Priority Mail.
Items to Canada will be shipped USPS 1st class mail.
International Packages will be sent via USPS First Class Air Mail. Please email me prior to completing your purchase so I can create a listing with the correct shipping price. Duties or taxes owed will be the responsibility of the purchaser. All packages will be labeled as "other".
Shipping will not be refunded in the event of an exchange or refund. I will ALWAYS ship to your PayPal address. If you need to have your item shipped to another address, just leave me a message in the "Note to Seller" at the end of your transaction.

Returns
Every effort has been made to accurately represent the color, size and design of each item. In order to insure the highest level of customer satisfaction, requests for returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of the receipt of your item. Due to health precautions, earrings cannot be returned.
